Our Pure Dark 71% bar is a dark chocolate with 71% cacao content, which is made from selected cacao beans from our own farms in the Alto Huayabamba Valley in Peru. Finally, the ingredients are enriched by one of the best Swiss chocolatiers and given their final form.

This results in an intense dark chocolate with citrus, cassis and black tea aromas.

The Pure Dark 71% bar is made from cacao mass* from our farms in Peru and enriched with the following additional ingredients:

1. First, we use raw cane sugar* from Paraguay
2. Second, we add cacao butter* (from the Dominican Republic)

This bar of chocolate contains at least 71% cacao.
