The Pure Chocolate Collection Bio contains a total of 3 bio bars of 91g of our pure chocolate. All three bars are produced from select cocoa beans from our own farms in the Huayabamba Valley in Peru and finally finalized by one of the best Swiss chocolatiers.

Fine Milk 41% Bio: A harmonious milk chocolate with intense caramel, marzipan and blossom honey notes.
Pure Dark 64% Bio: A creamy dark with aromas of green pepper and green tea.
Pure Dark 71% Bio: An intense dark one Chocolate with raspberry and cranberry flavors.
The Pure Collection Bio is made from cocoa mass from our farms in Peru and enriched with the following other ingredients:
Fine Milk 41% Bio: Cane sugar*, cacao butter* (Dom. Rep.), whole milk powder*, cacao mass* (Peru). Cocoa: at least 41%.
Pure Dark 64% Bio: Cacao mass (Peru), unrefined cane sugar*, cocoa butter* (Dom. Rep.). Cacao: at least 64%.
Pure Dark 71% Bio: Cacao mass (Peru), unrefined cane sugar*, cacao butter* (Dom. Rep.). Cacao: at least 71%.
