Meet LindleyThis chocolate carries the name of Lindley Caballero Mendoza, one of Choba Choba's founding farmers and one of its most enthusiastic ambassadors.Born and raised in Pucallpillo, Lindley has been deeply involved in the development of Choba Choba from the very beginning. Always smiling, full of energy and wholeheartedly committed to the project, he embodies the spirit of cooperation that brings our farming community together.In 2016, Lindley was among the very first Choba Choba farmers to travel to Switzerland and France, meeting chocolate lovers, partners and customers face to face. This experience strengthened his conviction that farmers and consumers, working together, can build a different and fairer chocolate industry.
