Felix's Sea Breeze Collection Organic

Felix's Sea Breeze Collection contains 3 organic bars of 91g each. All three bars are produced from select cocoa beans from our own farms in the Huayabamba Valley in Peru and finally finalized by one of the best Swiss chocolatiers by adding other high-quality organic ingredients.

• Sea Salt 71%: The intense cocoa flavors meet the floral notes of Guérande sea salt in this chocolate.
• Dark 64%: A creamy dark chocolate with aromas of green pepper and green tea.
• Caramel Sea Salt 41%: A harmonious Swiss milk chocolate with 41% cocoa, made from select cocoa beans from our own farms in the Peruvian Huayabamba Valley and Swiss organic milk, refined with golden caramel and sea salt from the French Guérande region.

Felix's Sea Breeze Collection is made from cocoa mass from our farms in Peru and enriched with the following other ingredients:

• Sea Salt 71%: Cacao mass (Peru), unrefined cane sugar , cacao butter* (Dom. Rep.), sea salt. Cacao: at least 71%. *Organic farming. 
• Dark 64%: Cacao mass (Peru), unrefined cane sugar*, cacao butter* (Dom. Rep.). Cocoa: at least 64%. *Organic farming.
• Caramel Sea Salt 41%: Unrefined cane sugar, cacao butter* (Dom. Rep.), whole milk powder*, cacao mass* (Peru), caramel pieces* 5% (cane sugar, whole milk powder, butter, glucose syrup), sea salt* 0.5%. Cacao: at least 39%. *Organic farming.

Due to our versatile production process, chocolate may contain traces of milk, almonds, hazelnuts, peanuts, and soy.
