Ingredients
- 60 g soft butter
- 150g brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 3 ripe bananas
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 275 grams of flour
- 8 grams of baking powder
- 100 g Choba Choba Baking & Cooking Drops (a little more if necessary)
preparation
- Preheat the oven to 175 degrees (top/bottom heat).
- Beat butter and sugar in a bowl
- Add egg and keep stirring
- Add bananas and vanilla extract and mix until smooth
- Stir in the flour and baking powder
- Fold in the Baking & Cooking Drops
- Bake in a preheated oven at 175 degrees top/bottom heat for about 40-50 minutes
Tip
To ensure that the Baking & Cooking Drops do not sink to the bottom during baking, the chocolate can be chilled in the freezer about 15 minutes before baking and then turned in a little flour.
