The delicious Banana Bread with Choba Choba Baking & Cooking Drops is the perfect use for overripe bananas. The unique Baking & Cooking Drops also add a pure cocoa pleasure to the recipe.

Ingredients

  • 60 g soft butter
  • 150g brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 275 grams of flour
  • 8 grams of baking powder
  • 100 g Choba Choba Baking & Cooking Drops (a little more if necessary)

preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees (top/bottom heat).
  2. Beat butter and sugar in a bowl
  3. Add egg and keep stirring
  4. Add bananas and vanilla extract and mix until smooth
  5. Stir in the flour and baking powder
  6. Fold in the Baking & Cooking Drops
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 175 degrees top/bottom heat for about 40-50 minutes

Tip

To ensure that the Baking & Cooking Drops do not sink to the bottom during baking, the chocolate can be chilled in the freezer about 15 minutes before baking and then turned in a little flour.
