Brownies

Easy and moist chocolate brownies for all chocolate lovers.

The delicious and tempting chocolate treats are a real treat for all chocolate lovers. The Choba Choba Brownie variant not only tastes heavenly, but is also quick to prepare!

Baking time: 20 minutes

Ingredients (12 brownies)

  • 200g Choba Choba Baking & Cooking Drops
  • 125g butter
  • 1 pack of vanilla sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 200 grams of brown sugar
  • 150 grams of flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • a little butter for the mold (28.5 x 23 cm)

preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees top/bottom heat
  2. Grease the mold well with a little butter
  3. Melt 150 g of the Choba Choba Baking & Cooking Drops with the butter
  4. Beat eggs with vanilla sugar and brown sugar until fluffy
  5. Add chocolate mass
  6. Mix flour with baking powder and salt and mix with the egg mixture
  7. Chop the remaining chocolate and fold into the batter
  8. Pour the batter into the pan and smooth out
  9. Bake in a preheated oven at 175 degrees top/bottom heat for about 20 minutes

Tip

Do you like it nutty? Then, if you like, add coarsely chopped walnuts to the batter before baking.
