Ingredients (12 brownies)
- 200g Choba Choba Baking & Cooking Drops
- 125g butter
- 1 pack of vanilla sugar
- 3 eggs
- 200 grams of brown sugar
- 150 grams of flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- a little butter for the mold (28.5 x 23 cm)
preparation
- Preheat the oven to 175 degrees top/bottom heat
- Grease the mold well with a little butter
- Melt 150 g of the Choba Choba Baking & Cooking Drops with the butter
- Beat eggs with vanilla sugar and brown sugar until fluffy
- Add chocolate mass
- Mix flour with baking powder and salt and mix with the egg mixture
- Chop the remaining chocolate and fold into the batter
- Pour the batter into the pan and smooth out
- Bake in a preheated oven at 175 degrees top/bottom heat for about 20 minutes
Tip
Do you like it nutty? Then, if you like, add coarsely chopped walnuts to the batter before baking.
